All PSL merch is made-to-order, so please choose carefully - but we've got you covered if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact us at sales@puckseniorleague.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind?

Under UK/EU law you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because items are bespoke, a partial refund may apply (we deduct the base production cost). You'll always get back at least the store profit + original standard shipping.

14-Day Return Window

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact us first to request a return authorisation — items sent back without authorisation won't be accepted.

Prefer Store Credit?

We offer a "Second Chance" discount code for sizing or selection errors, so you can reorder the right item without the hassle of a return. Just email us to discuss.
